Application Process for Sixth Form
Sixth Form Applications are now closed.
Please send an email to sixthformapplications@lawrencesheriffschool.com if you would like your son or daughter adding to the waiting list.
We will contact students in February 2023 regarding the next step in the application process.
Conditional offers will be made subject to the entry requirements.

Sixth Form Open Evening at Lawrence Sheriff School at 6-8pm. The Sixth Form Prospectus is available to view and download. Please click here |
| The Open Evening is for Year 11 students, boys and girls, interested in joining the Sixth Form. We strongly recommend that you attend as this is an ideal opportunity to look round the school, see presentations on each A level course you may be interested in and most importantly you have the chance to ask teachers questions about their subject area. |

Final time and date for receipt of applications. If your application is received after this time and date, it will be placed on a waitlist. Please send an email to sixthformapplications@lawrencesheriffschool.com if you would like your son or daughter adding to the waiting list. |

All informal guidance meetings with potential students will be held in the New Year – Dates to be confirmed. Nothing forbidding – “get to know” sessions. You will receive an email inviting you to attend. |

Individual meetings with potential Sixth Form students following GCSE results. The final part of the process. Students return to Lawrence Sheriff School with their GCSE results to discuss their conditional place in the light of their results to ensure that the admission criteria has been satisfied. Once your place has been confirmed you will receive a Welcome pack containing all the relevant information you will need prior to starting in September. |
