The Carnegie Shadowing Group 2013
A group of students from Years 7-9 are currently meeting with Mrs Stock in the library once a week and reading and discussing the 8 gripping fiction books shortlisted for the Carnegie Medal. We have already read some books that are very strong contenders for the prize and are not short of strong opinions on the matter! In June we are looking forward to meeting one of the shortlisted authors – Sally Gardner – who has written Maggot Moon, as well as attending the results ceremony to hear the winner announced.
We are writing a blog about our shadowing experiences on the Carnegie Shadowing website.
