Thank you for your email.  The next Open Evening for students currently in Year 5 is scheduled for Thursday 26 June 2025.  Due to the popularity of this event the Headteacher, Mrs Mpofu, will deliver her talk on several occasions during the event, followed by tours of the school.  Tickets will be available towards the May half-term through the school website at Welcome to Lawrence Sheriff School 

You will need to register your son directly with the Admissions Office at Warwickshire County Council during the Summer term of 2025 in order for him to sit the 11+ examination in the Autumn term as an on-time applicant.  Full details of the process and deadlines are in the Admissions Policy for 2026-2027 which will be available on the school website at Admissions Policy (lawrencesheriffschool.net) later in the Spring term.

If your son is currently in Year 4 or below, please do not book to attend this event.  There is a restricted number of places available at this event, so this would prevent current Year 5 parents from being able to attend.  For your son's cohort, the June 2026 event will have the latest information about transferring to secondary school in September 2027.
